When we first turned on the machine out of the box, the screen said there was a "printer jam." There hadn't been any paper in it. But, we went thru the steps anyway to clear a paper jam. But the screen kept saying there was a printer jam. We didn't open the box until a week or so after the warranty expired as it was a college gift. I can find zero help on this. How can we clear a jam that isn't there? There doesn't appear to be anything the matter with the printer otherwise. Looking around with the flashlight shows no obvious issues.
