Just got the printer a couple of weeks ago. Anyone else having constant paper jams or the printer grabbing more than one sheet of paper when printing? This is not a good sign.

Hi,
Thank you for contacting HP.
Please ensure you are using good quality papers which are clean, not crumbled, and not moist,
For general everyday printing use Regular plain white papers 20 lb.
Too thin papers or too thick papers can result into jam, for different media we need to have different paper type settings.
Please try the steps in the link below:-
