I am facing an issue with my HP printer. Whenever I try to print, the job gets stuck in the print queue and nothing comes out. I have already tried restarting both the printer and my computer, but the problem is still there.

The printer shows it is connected and ready, but the documents stay in the queue. Sometimes the light on the printer keeps blinking but no paper is printed.

Can someone please guide me on how to fix this problem? Any step-by-step help would be appreciated https://pojavlaunchersapk.com/

Hi @johnrobert12,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand how frustrating it is when your printer shows it's ready but refuses to print, especially when jobs get stuck in the queue and the light keeps blinking. Let’s walk through a step-by-step fix to get your HP printer working again.

🛠️ Step-by-Step Fix: Print Jobs Stuck in Queue

1. Clear the Print Queue

Sometimes the queue gets jammed and blocks all new jobs.

  1. Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  2. Scroll down to Print Spooler, right-click, and choose Stop.
  3. Open File Explorer and go to:
    C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
  4. Delete all files in this folder.
  5. Go back to services.msc, right-click Print Spooler, and choose Start.

2. Reinstall the Printer

This refreshes the connection and clears any corrupted settings.

  1. Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
  2. Select your printer and click Remove device.
  3. Restart your PC.
  4. Reinstall the printer using the HP App or Windows Add Printer wizard.

👉 HP App – For HP Printers, Laptops, and Tech Accessories | HP® Official Site

3. Check Printer Status

Make sure the printer is not paused or offline:

  • Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click your printer > See what’s printing.
  • Click Printer in the top menu and ensure:
    • Use Printer Offline is unchecked.
    • Pause Printing is unchecked.

4. Update Printer Drivers

Outdated drivers can cause communication issues.

  • Visit HP’s support site:
    👉 Official HP® Support
  • Enter your printer model and download the latest full software package.

5. Restart Everything

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Unplug it from power for 60 seconds.
  • Restart your PC.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
