Hi @Totte15,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like the issue is related to how your HP computer is communicating with the HP ENVY Photo 7134 printer, rather than the WiFi connection itself. Since the printer works fine from your iPhone, it confirms that the printer is properly connected to the network. The problem could lie in the following areas.
- Different Networks
- Your HP computer might be connected to a different network or a different band (2.4 GHz vs. 5 GHz) than the printer. Check if both the computer and printer are connected to the same network.
- Printer Driver or Software Issue
- Your HP computer may have an outdated or corrupted printer driver. Try reinstalling or updating the printer drivers on the HP computer.
- Printer Queue
- Sometimes, the printer might get stuck in an "offline" status due to a stuck print job. Clear the printer queue by going to Devices and Printers > Right-click your printer > See what's printing and cancel any stuck jobs.
- Use Printer Offline Setting
- In Windows, make sure that the Use Printer Offline setting is not checked. Go to Devices and Printers, right-click your HP ENVY Photo 7134 printer, and ensure this option is unchecked.
- Firewall or Security Software
- Firewall or security software on your HP computer might be blocking the printer from connecting. Check your firewall settings and make sure that your printer is allowed to communicate with your PC.
- Network Reset
- If none of the above works, resetting the network settings on your computer might help establish a fresh connection with the printer
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
