HP Recommended

I've run all the diagnostics and setups listed by HP but my printer still reads offline.  I'm able to print test pages from the troubleshooting links, but nothing from any document I have on my PC.  The printer's WiFi light is solid.  I've shut off and turned back on everything five or six times but nothing changes the printer status
