Can anyone help with the issue of the printer (Officejet Pro 9730e) constantly being offline - Brand new and have checked all support to date with turning off, resetting etc. Thanks

Welcome to the HP English Community --

If you are not already doing so, consider using Ethernet as opposed to Wireless.

Take a look at how the printer is connected to your network.

Notes

It is not mandatory that you use a manual / static IP address.

Doing so can improve stability.

Assign a manual / static IP address in your router and on the printer.

===========================================

Offline Condition

Although the printer appears to be switched on, it does not communicate with other devices on your network.

Consider >> Restart All

Restart Everything, including the router that controls your network
