HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

Despite uninstalling all of the HP software, reinstalling it, and running the HP diagnostic tool, my printer is still refusing to print any images. When I try to print anything, it prints a bunch of nonsense and symbols rapid fire. I've checked and all of my drivers and software is up to date. I can't find any way to actually contact HP besides this community option and the useless virtual assistant. Does anyone have any ideas? 

 

NOTE: I have turned everything off and on again. I have uninstalled and reinstalled EVERYTHING. I have run the diagnostic software.
