I had a printer jam, took parts out of my printer to get it unjammed, and cannot get the rollers to fit back in

The printer's internal parts are not customer-replaceable parts. To resolve a paper jam issue, refer to this document - Paper Jam Error.

 

If you are not able to replace the rollers, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
