Hi @Listen25

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

No worries! Even if your HP printer's warranty has expired, you can still set it up and get it back online.

Here's how:

1. Reset the Printer

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug it back in, turn it on, and try setting it up again.

2. Reconnect to Wi-Fi

  • On the printer, navigate to Settings > Network Settings > Wireless Setup Wizard.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.

3. Use the HP Smart App

  • Download the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  • Open the app and follow the setup instructions to add your printer and connect it to Wi-Fi.

4. Update Drivers

  • Visit the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.
  • Install the drivers and restart your computer.

5. Check for Firmware Updates

  • Even with an expired warranty, you can still update your printer's firmware. Firmware updates can resolve bugs and improve performance.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
