Hi.  My 92 year old mom, who still teaches religious education from home to learning disabled children, is getting a battery error. She has this portable printer on her kitchen table with her computer to help the learning process. It has been a great experience.  She has model  snprc-1604-01, serial TH 86D6811H.  She is now getting a battery error that the battery will not charge any more. I have tried to find a replacement but have not been able. She is very frustrated and sad.  Please help. Cz993-60017

HP Recommended

You can get replceent battery from Amazon, eBay, or even HP sells them
