My printer was printing earlier today, then stopped and started printing error pages saying "A problem has occurred and you will be unable to print". The toner was low so I replaced the cartridge, which now says it's full. I've reconnected to the internet, it is definitely on WiFi and prints the page with all the wireless connectivity information. But in the HP Smart App, as well as on HP Smart desktop, it shows as having a problem. It continues to print only the "problem" page if I try to print something.
