HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e All-in-One Printer

My printer keeps saying ‘printer cannot print’ and to ensure I am using original HP cartridges (which I am). I discontinued service and restarted it, other than that before discontinuing service printer worked just fine.

Welcome to the HP English Community --

 

IF "discontinued service" means that you cancelled your subscription to HP Instant Ink service, then the following applies to your situation.

 

Instant Ink Cartridges / Subscription cartridges only work with an active Instant Ink subscription.

 

Ink cartridges include cartridges that were in the printer when the service was activated plus all / any Instant Ink cartridges sent to you as part of the subscription.

 

 

After the service is terminated, remove all Instant Ink cartridges and return them to HP.

 

 

What?

HP retains ownership of all Instant Ink / Subscription cartridges.

Unused / used cartridges should be sent back to HP.

Shipping is free - details are provided later in this message.

 

Purchase and install a new set of HP cartridges to use in your printer.
