Product: HP envy 65055e

Long story short I had to reset this printer to factory settings as it would not connect to WIFI. After the reset it connected to the network, but during alignment process there was an error. Now the printer status is PRINTER CANNOT PRINT. I have logged in to the HPsmart app for "more information" as it suggested but all it says is the same thing. HELP
