Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I turn on my office jet pro 6978 I get a message that says hp instant ink problem.  Under that it says cannot print.  Visit www.hpinstantink.com for information.

 

Has anyone else had that problem?
