A problem has occured and you will be unable to pront, except for printer reports, until the issue is resolved. Check your HP account for more information. To learn more, open the HP Smart app or visit www.hpsmart.com and sign in to your account.
Everything has be done more than once, still the problem is not solved. On the home screen in HP Smart App I can see my printer with the red sign and the message 'Printer cannot print'. On my account in this app in the section 'Owned printers' I simply don't see my printer.
The wireless connection status: connected, the signal strength: excellent.
The supplies status: normal.
I tried resetting printer twise, still it doesn't help, the printer hasn't appeared in 'owned printers'.
Hopefully, someone could help me finding solution. HP Support Team, I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
