HP Recommended

I have a  7-year-old HP Officejet 7000 wide format printer.  The ink carriage won't move, except manually.  When I turn it on, the belts move back and forth, but apparently the belt in not secured to the carriage.  Help.

@Bordasch I'm afraid that's a hardware malfunction and since the device is no longer within an HP warranty, I suggest you check If you have an HP authorized service center near by, you should be able to take it to them and have it checked,
