Replaced ink cartridges , reset computer but continue to get an “OXC19a0040” print head missing or damaged error. Reinstalled cartridges several times and get “ used cartridges installed “ message. Ink levels in all cartridges is read correctly as 100% so that much is working. Any help?
can you see the error only when all 4 cartridges installed?
Please remove all cartridges and keep only one of the cartridges installed, close the door and check if you get a printhead error message or a missing cartridges for the other ones.
repeat the same by removing the cartridge and inserting the next one.
If any specific cartridge show a printhead problem error, return to the store as it is likely due to a cartridge problem, if it only occur when all 4 cartridges are installed, it will require servicing the printer.
