I am so tired of this printer. We so often run into issues and are now stuck on "validating" again. I have done all the things that it says online and it's still a stuck printer. I am so mad at this printer situation again. HP replaced this printer for me once, but here we are again with the same validation issue.  I can't find any new solutions for this.  I even bought new cartridges at $68 each and those aren't making it better.   I have no idea what is left to do.
