My printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as my computer, is connected through the control panel (with online and tick mark confirming the connection), and is the default printer for my computer. However, when I want to print something, nothing happens. The document stays in the 'see what's printing' box, and its status never changes from 'Printing'. My printer will make a noise when I press print, as if it is going to start, but it doesn't.

I have gone through the Virtual Support Assistant and have followed every single step and troubleshooting method and nothing has worked. I have unplugged for hours and restarted my computer and printer, I have logged out and reset to factory settings and have started again, and so many other tro. I cannot think of anything else to do and the Virtual Assistant is no help at all.

Please help.
