HP Envy 5052
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is cutting off horizontal lines of text.  This has never been a problem.

Troubleshooting already undertaken:

I am using genuine HP ink and have replaced both cartridges

I have had the printer clean the heads

I have gone through the printer alignment

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers

I have removed the cartridges, turned off the printer, disconnected it from the power, plugged it directly into the outlet, and restarted it

I have had the printer clean the heads twice

There has been no fixing this error.  Throughout the process I contacted the virtual assistant which failed to grasp the issue.   I have explored some solutions listed here for the same issue, and none of them have worked.

*SOLVED*  Waited a day, restarted printer again.  Now it inexplicably prints just fine.
