Product: HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer

Everything I print has the bottom cut off! I have researched and tried to fix this but I print a lot of PDFs and cannot change the margins like suggested.

Bottom margin of your printer is 12,7 mm, everything under that margin is cut off.

Not possible, your printer is not borderless printer, if you want t print from edge to edge you need to get a borderless printer.
