Help!  I am getting a blue screen of death on the printer.  Yet, HP refused to accept my serial number, therefore no customer support???!?   So I guess I'm out in the cold on a printer which I only recently brought from Sam's Club.

>Sadly, this printer it is listed on their websites as "Discontinued". HP pretty much no longer provides any 'real' Support for older printers; they are considered to be "expendable". I.e. they are 'forcing' everyone to buy new-design Models.
