Help!!!!!

 

I have not been able to use my printer for 3 weeks now, the printer does not go past the initial boot! It has a full bar and blue dot

HP has yet to respond to any of my concerns, i had to cancel my subscription for the ink. 

I have been without the printer since January. 

im looking for whoever has the NVRAM reset info!!
