My printer got a paper jam when I tried to print a photo. I used the HP 5X7 photo paper. I've never printed photos on it before this (printing on regular paper works just fine).

After the paper jam, I opened the printer and cleaned all of the dust, and then the paper wasn't getting stuck, but when it came out from the other side, the photo didn't print either.

When I send the photo to be printed, it sounds like the printer is doing it, but the glossy side of the paper comes out blank, while the back side comes out with smears --I ended up having to clean the heads and aligning them a couple of times because of these smears.

I'm loading the paper with the glossy-side down, which is right according to the user manual, but just for the heck of it and after 6 tries, I loaded the paper with the back side down. The paper finally came out with and image (but of course, the ink wasn't dry because it wasn't on the glossy side).

After cleaning the heads (again), I checked for more dust or debris inside the rollers, but they seem clean. Can anyone please Help?

I' using an Acer laptop with Windows 10 in it. I print via wireless. Other printer's features are working fine.
