We have an E78330 multifunction printer. Firmware Bundle version is HP future smart 5, Firmware revision 2505192_030554 with a firmware date code of 20220602. What it is doing is continually printing without anyone printing multiple copies. It has happened to several users in the area. At the other end of the floor is another of the same model. Not long ago it refused to boot up and the technician had to replace both hard drives in order for it to work. The problem is we no longer use that printer management company (not my decision) and the one we are using, doesn't work on HP printers. I didn't know if there were a few things I could try or do I try and remember how the technician replaced the hard drives. 

I'm not seeing any error codes unless I'm missing them somewhere.
