Printer doesn’t work

Hi my printer screen shows message there is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on if problem persist contact hp

can any one plz help to get rid off this message & make printer work again thanks.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
  6. Turn on the printer.

Remove and reinsert the ink cartridges

  1. Open the door to access to the ink cartridges.

  2. Wait until the carriage stops moving before you continue.

  3. Push the ink cartridge to remove it, and then push it into its slot until it snaps into place.

  4. Repeat these steps for the other three ink cartridges.

  5. Close the ink cartridge access door.
