My printer dropped and the pin on the door broke. Now I can’t use it because it says door open. I tried calling support but the lady I spoke to just told me to buy another one. This printer is less than two years old and cost $500. I need a new door and am just trying to get repairs or replacement parts at my cost. What can I do?

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. Since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair/replace as per the warranty so the issue can be fixed.
