Printer error: 0x61000071. - 73

Error messages when I copy. 

Hp Envy 4528. It's good for print email not for copy. Two errors occur : 0x61000071 and 0x61000073.

• Close the access door securely.

Reset the Printer:

• Turn off the printer using the power button.
• Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet.
• Wait for about 1-2 minutes to allow the printer to cool down and reset.
• Plug the power cord back into the printer and then into the power outlet.
• Turn on the printer using the power button.

Check Paper Settings:

• Ensure that the paper settings in the printer match the paper loaded in the input tray. Mismatched paper settings can lead to feeding issues.

Inspect for Obstructions:

• Look for any obstructions in the paper path that could be causing the error. Even small pieces of paper or debris can trigger these errors.

Update Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer

• Sometimes updating the printer's firmware can resolve persistent errors. You can check for firmware updates using the HP Smart app or through the HP Support website.
   
• Ensure the printer is placed on a flat, stable surface.
• Use high-quality paper that meets the printer's specifications.
• Avoid overloading the input tray with too much paper, as this can lead to feeding problems.
