Officejet Pro 8600
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a OfficeJet Pro 8600. I get a "Printer Error" "Please Turn off and then on".  I have done that, turned off the router and back on, checked for new drivers, restarted my pc, uninstalled and reinstalled.  Nothing helps!  Any ideas?
