Hi @AmNicHawk85,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code you provided seems to be a unique identifier for a specific issue on your printer. Unfortunately, it doesn't correspond to a standard error code that can be easily interpreted without more context. However, you can try the following general steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Restart Printer

  • Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for a few minutes (about 1-2 minutes).
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

2. Update Printer Firmware

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model.
  • Visit the HP website and follow the instructions to update the firmware.

3. Check Printer Display

  • If your printer has a display screen, check if there are any error messages or codes displayed.
  • Follow the instructions on the display to troubleshoot the issue.

4. Check Printer Documentation

  • Consult the user manual or documentation that came with your printer.
  • Look for any specific troubleshooting steps related to error messages or codes.

5. Check Printer Connection

  • Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer or network.
  • Check all cables and connections to make sure they are secure.

6. Check Printer Cartridges

  • Make sure that the ink or toner cartridges are installed correctly and are not empty.
  • Replace any empty cartridges if necessary.

7. Clear Printer Queue

  • Open the print queue on your computer and cancel any pending print jobs.
  • Restart both your computer and printer after clearing the print queue.

8. Reset Printer

  • Perform a factory reset on your printer. Be aware that this will reset all settings to their default values.
  • Consult the printer manual or HP website for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
