@DH3324, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Since your HP OfficeJet Pro prints from other wireless devices but not from your HP desktop, the issue seems to be specific to your Microsoft Word.

First, try printing a different file type, like a PDF or Notepad document, to see if the problem is only with Word.

Next, check if your printer is set as the default by going to Control Panel > Devices and Printers and ensuring it’s selected. You can also try printing from Word as an image by going to File > Print > Printer Properties > Advanced and selecting "Print as Image." If the issue persists, repairing or reinstalling Microsoft Office might help, as corrupted Office files can sometimes cause printing problems.

Updating your printer drivers from HP Support is another important step to rule out software conflicts.

The issue could also be related to security settings on your user profile, which might have changed. You can try creating a new user profile, logging in with the new account, and reinstalling the printer.

Alternatively, you can turn off User Account Control (UAC) and restart your PC. To do this, open User Account Control Settings by clicking the Start button, going to Control Panel, and searching for UAC. Click Change User Account Control settings, move the slider to Never notify, and click OK. If prompted for an administrator password, enter it, then restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Let me know if this helps! 😊

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
