Printer error message C4EB8000

HP Recommended

Hi, I own an HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One series printer.  I am getting an error message C4EB8000 when I turned on the printer today.  There are no print jobs in the queue.  After the error message appears briefly on the printer's screen, then I get a message to turn the printer off, then on again.  However, when I hold down the on/off switch, the printer appears to turn off, but then the symbols on the printer's screen light up, even though I am still holding down the on/off switch.  When I release the on/off switch, the printer then turns itself on again, and the error message reappears.  I can't completely turn off the printer.

@JenLane, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
