Attempting to install a HP OfficeJet 5258 that has been in storage for a while.

Error codes OXC4EB8004, OXC4EB0055, OXC4EB0149 show randomly with HW_MICCI2_V12.

After unplugging and plugging back in the error first appears button flashing. After pressing the power button there is a long pause and it stops flashing with only the home button visible but not active. After pressing the power button again it restarts with perhaps a different error code; 8004 is the most common.

It is not attached to a computer because the computer will not recognise it, however the Smart app was tried.
