Printer error says there is a jam but NO jam
"The print cartridge cannot move. Open the print cartridge door, clear any paper jam or obstruction and select OK."
There is NOTHING there!
I have followed the instructions below from HP but it did not fix the problem.
1)unplug both ends of the power cord from both the printer and my surge protector
2)hold the power button for 5 seconds
3)plug in the printer directly to a wall outlet
Of course my printer is just out of warranty. Please help before I chuck this buy another brand.
