Officejet 7610
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot print and receive an error message that says my printer is in an 'error status' - it's an officejet 7610 and I have already tried removing the power cable and reconnecting.

@P_Jackson, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are not able to print due to this error.

Do you see this error on the printer screen?

Check for any paper jams inside the printer and make sure the printer carriage is moving freely. Refer to the steps from this document - A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays on the HP Officejet 7610 Wide Format e-All-in-One Printer Series

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
