Product: HP Envy 5030
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have 2 Envy printers just over one year old.  After replacing the black ink last week I continually get an error message stating that I need to remove and reinstall the black ink cartridge.  On one printer if I do that it will then print a page before stopping and repeating the same error message.  On the other printer NOTHING changes.  I have followed all the steps on your support page ie cleaning, wiping etc.  I have tried a friend's ink cartridge (that works on their HP envy printer) but it will still not work on mine.

I pay monthly for my ink on one printer (approx £16 per month) but not the second printer as that is at my parents house and not used often.
