I have been tussling with my printer to get it to print properly lately.
First of all it seems to go offline frequently even thought I am able to 'see' the printer on my network; I can ping the printer successfully.
Eventually I managed to get the printer to accept the print job after it was stuck with an error. It now says 'Sent to printer' in my printer queue but nothing prints!
The serviceability of my printer has really deteriorated.
I should be able to just go 'Print' and not have to struggle almost every time to make the printer work.
