HP Recommended

HP OfficeJet pro 8615 all in one showing printer error. There is a problem with printer or ink system. I followed the instructions to disconnect turn off printer checking cartridges and carriage system. Everything is clear and appears to be fine. Still showing error message to contact HP. 
Anybody have a solution?
