This has to be a Windows issue. I use Office 365 on both MAC and PC. From my PC my printer will not print, I get a print error even though the system can see the printer and ink levels etc. I go to my MAC and pull up the same document and it prints with no problem.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Which Officejet Printer do you have?
Are you using the HP Smart App on your PC? If not, you may try and install to see if that works: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04675142. If yes, uninstall and reinstall it.
If the issue persists, try these steps:
Let's run the HP Print and Scan Doctor:

Thank you, I had used the HP Smart App and also the Print and Scan Doctor.
It cleared the printer spool however, after a cold boot, the printer did print a couple of pages that I had been trying to print earlier. It now seems to be working okay.
