Printer failue

HP Recommended
Officejet 7612

Printer failure.  Problem with printer or ink system.  Pressed OK.  Turned off and on.  Still get failure message  0x61011bed

@MDW4, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

This looks like a hardware issue in the printer. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - 'Printer Failure' Error.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
