Microsoft Windows 11

Hi - my printer shows error 0x61000072 and the printer cartridge stop moving after a bit noisy attempt.

I using HP original 652 cartridges. I tried to remove them and place them back. I also tried to turn off the printer and disconnected the power supply for 60s and re started… no change 😞

I’ll be happy to get you help please

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer that has a printer failure error.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click herefor information on how to find the model number/product number).

- May I know which application are you using to print?

- When was the last time your printer was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

I’m already a few days without a printer and unfortunately I could not stay so long, so I gave up and purchased a new printer for my home-office.
