My printer is under warranty, expires in 21 days  Now it has failed completely and I have submitted a request to HP to consider action under warranty.  HP Smart says printer failure.  All lights  are flashing. I have had frequent paper jams, messages that paper is too short or too long or other tray issues.  I have had enough of HP. and I would consider ditching them if it were not for the fact that they owe me some service under my warranty and I do not want to lash out more funds for a new printer.  It is virtually impossible to speak to a human being.  Sometimes they accept my login name and password sometimes they do not recognise it.  I would be grateful for any observations and advice as to how to get round this problem please.
