S.O.S.  - Printer [personal info removed] FPU-A7F65-64001 (got it because I got lots of copies per cartridge, not so any more)

I am not sure what kind of customer service this is but there is no way to reach HP.

 

My printer was working fine, I ran out of black ink, changed the black ink cartriadge then got "PRINTER FAILURE" message, put back the old cartriadge then got "replace black ink" (but no printer failure error message).

Bought another black ink cartriage, again: "PRINTER FAILURE". Turned it on, off, unplugged, again same message. My windows is version 10 22Hz. 

 

I am taking a class and need to resolve this so I don't know why HP's customer service is the "community".
