Printer failure

OfficeJet Pro 8600 N911 g series

Hi  need help with my HP Officejet Pro 8600 printer, N911g series.  It stopped working suddenly, , message is printer failure.  "There is a problem with the printer or ink system".  I already tried unplugging the power cord multiple times, re-insert ink cartridges.  Nothing helped so far.  Anyone has any idea?  Thank you
