Hi @BALI975,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer is displaying a "Print System Problem" error,

 1. Power Cycle:

  • Turn the printer off, then unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the printer and the wall outlet, then turn the printer on.

2. Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open all printer access doors and check for any paper or debris.
  • If you find a jam, carefully remove the paper.

3. Update Printer Firmware:

  • Visit the HP Support website for your printer model.
  • Download and install any available firmware updates.

4. Check Printer Status:

  • Go to Devices and Printers in Windows Control Panel.
  • Right-click on your HP printer and ensure "Use printer offline" is not checked.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
