Hi @BALI975,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e printer is displaying a "Print System Problem" error,
1. Power Cycle:
- Turn the printer off, then unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the printer and the wall outlet, then turn the printer on.
2. Check for Paper Jams:
- Open all printer access doors and check for any paper or debris.
- If you find a jam, carefully remove the paper.
3. Update Printer Firmware:
- Visit the HP Support website for your printer model.
- Download and install any available firmware updates.
4. Check Printer Status:
- Go to Devices and Printers in Windows Control Panel.
- Right-click on your HP printer and ensure "Use printer offline" is not checked.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
