Alll lights are flashing and it's flashing E6 please reset my computer from your end because the firmware you just updated didnt work it actually broke it won't let me print

I am having the same issue.  All my lights are flashing and now I'm not even getting the E6 error, just a disco light show.  I've searched for answers but there is no solution found.  Anybody out there can help us? Thanks.  (and yes, i have turned it off, etc. etc.)
