HP ENVY 6458e All-in-One Printer

I installed a new ink cartridge today -- an original HP cartridge -- as I have in the past and now the printer is flashing a E3 error message. I have followed all of the troubleshooting suggestions, and nothing is helping.

I understand that you are facing issues with the E3 error. 

 

This could be a hardware issue.
