Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdw

 I have an MFP M428fdw printer/copier. I only use plain A4 paper and tray 1 holds plain A4 paper and is configured for this type of paper. The defect occurs when I load a set of sheets for duplex copying into the ADF. The printer starts to pull the sheets, but then displays a message selecting A4 paper in tray 1, which is actually the paper in the printer. But there's no point in clicking the X, hiding or OK. The printer freezes and no longer works until it is turned off and on again. I am using firmware version TETONXXXXN002.2445A.00

Please, could you help me?
