Have 6 month warranty remaining I have explained to HP “customer support” The printer is printing fuzzy green blurred. And only had it 6month before issue and only printed max 20 pages. 20 ONLY!!!! Customer support says its nothing to do with us. Never heard of the most silliest excuse like this. EVER!! DONT BELIEVE THEY WILL SUPPORT YOU JUST BECAUSE THEY SAY “1 YEAR WARRANTY” MR PATAL BEHIND THE SUPPORT CHAT BOX IS A REPEATER OF EXCUSES AND MAKES IT LOOK LIKE I AM THE ISSUE WITH THE PRINTER ME I HAVE DONE THIS TO THE PRINTER. WHEN THE PRINTER IS JUST SITTING PAST 6 MONTHS AND ONLY TURNED ON 20 TIMES TO PRINT 20 PAPERS. NEVER TRUST THEM NEVER GETTING HP AGAIN. HP ENVY 5032. Bought direct from HP. Share this with anyone who says i want hp printer. MR PATTEL WILL NEVER GET IT FIXED. YOU ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
