@ArielleT1704, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP DeskJet 2700 printer has all other lights on but no light by the power button, it could indicate a power supply issue. Here are steps you can take to troubleshoot this problem:

Ensure Power Connection:

  • Make sure that the printer is plugged into a working wall outlet.
  • Verify that the power cord is securely connected to both the printer and the power outlet.

Check Power Supply:

  • If the printer does not turn on, try using a different compatible power cord or adapter to see if the issue is with the power supply.
  • Ensure that the power outlet is functioning by testing it with another device.

Restart Printer:

  • Turn the printer off by disconnecting the power cord.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds and then reconnect the power cord.
  • Try turning on the printer again by pressing the power button.

Also, I suggest you refer to this guide for further troubleshooting steps: HP DeskJet 2700, 4100, 4800 printers - Blinking lights and error codes | HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
